How many men would have wished for the power that Mel Gibson possessed in the movie "What women Want". Most of the men crib that they just don understand what women are thinking,what they want,how will they react to a situation. She wants you to be more sensitive and once you become one then she says you've changed. She wants you to be honest about everything and when you utter the truth she says your hurting her feelings. Ok so women are complicated species.Agreed. Sit right back you guys.take a chill pill. I can help you guys with something here.

This is what she looks for in her man....

• To top the list SENSE OF HUMOUR. Trust me even an ugly man with a rocking sense of humour can sweep her off her feet. Make her laugh like crazy and she is all yours.
• Honesty,Integrity,Loyalty. If you are double crossing with her then you are a dead man. If you are drunk just tell her that you are. If you are coming home late tell her why you got late.
• The M-word. Believe it or not its very important. Ok i know reality sucks. But darlings welcome to the real world. You can have the looks of Brad pitt but if you a salary thats a pittance then you are a loser. Most women look for a financially supportive guy. You need not have a huge bank balance but atleast something to satisfy her needs. (ok iam talking about the needy women and not the greedy ones here)
• Sex. Iam i being very blatant here. Well the truth is she wants it. A good sex and pleasure can make her all yours.
• Sensitive and very supportive. Ask her why she is upset. once in a while offer to listen to her problems,about her work. Tell her I Love You atleast once in a day. Give her that hug when you leave for work and when you come back.
• Offer to help her in her routine chores. Most of the women these days go for work. So remember she has to do her routine chores at home and then rush to work. But you men only have to take care of your work at office. Atleast make sure you do your things properly. Like for instance going for shower without a towel and then shouting from inside, put your damn shoes or files somewhere and tell her that she has put it somewhere.
• Take her on a holiday once in a year.You both need break from work dont you.
• Be a good listener. when she is saying something do not read a newspaper or watch TV. Put it all aside,ask her to sit next to you and just listen.
• Make her feel important, tell her that she is most beautiful and wonderful women in the whole world.
• Do not forget the most important dates. Her birthday.your wedding anniversary,her parents birthday. Keep the reminders on your damn phone man...It helps.

• A complete makeover to my own self. (manish malhotra's outfits,makeup by Mickey contrator and hair by any expert..can't recall any names)
• First row tickets to Bryan Adams' concert (Letz make a night to remember)
• Candle light dinner with John Abraham (Don tell Bips)
• Sturdy and sexy black SUV preferably Lexus with rocking music system (wouldn mind if its driven by an equally sturdy good-looking hunk)
• A sensational holiday package to Australia and Newzealand.(with my man...how i wish i knew who he is).One to one conversation with the two sexy father-son The Bachans (make sure that Jaya and ash are not around)
• Make an album with Strings (I juss love their Yeh meri kahani frm Zinda..these guys juss rock)

Ah you bet life can just tie you down so badly sometimes that you just wish that the earth just disappears into thin air. The word fun,relaxation,happiness doesn seem to exist in my dictionery any more. Come on girlie get a life. Ya right if only i could. This whole work stuff is getting into my nerve. I work from 9 in the morning to 10 in the night. Ah what a workaholic i have become. Not that i want to be one. It seems like my whole life revolves around my work. Work and workout (thankfully have some time for this one) is all i have time for. If only i can get some peaceful slumber. Feb has gone by and march is here.Timez flying like crazy i would say galloping. Gosh iam getting older by the day. Alright now let me stop gribbing about my life.Can somebody puleeeseeee give me a reassurance that bad days dont last.

What a crappy budget. Sure nobody is happy with it. The economic times' headlines just rocks "MARUTHI-IDLI-PASTA BUDGET"..haha sense of humour at its best.Ok so the Fin Min cuts excise duty for the automobile sector,hence maruthi slashed its prices so has hyndai. Good. Alrite good news for ice cream and pasta lovers. But look at the hike on service tax gosh this is ridiculous. My mobile bills are gonna shoot up like crazy. So are the parlour and hotel bills. Unnerving and disheartening budget. Sorry Mr.Chidambaram you failed miserable this time.

Its been a while since i went to Barista for that Capuccino large or to residency's chin chin for the delicious chinese food. ahhh i want that life back. My friends are all are stuck with work just like me If only money grew on trees we don have to slog our ass out.Whatever...

Why should guys have all the fun..

Well you must be wondering that I'm promoting Hero Honda Pleasure thru my blog. Hahaha well I'm not. But yes their caption actually made me think "Are guys really having that much fun". Then i came to a conclusion may be they are more than the fairer sex. Take for instance a husband and wife. Both are income earners for the family. But the wife only gets to make the breakfast and the dinner (assuming that they make alternate arrangements for lunch). Its no more that men are the only bread winner of the family. Both are bread winners but the women is still home maker. She has to cook,buy provisions ( even these two,men do at times) but why is it that she has to "give birth to babies". ok thats how nature works fine.. but cant there be equality in that too. GOD cant you see that we women are also putting in so much effort in everything like male community.

Take movies for that matter how many movies revolves around women. Most of the time its the hero who takes the revenge,gets to work hard and make money,woos the heroine and fights with her father. While shooting for song in snow clad zones in switz and other parts of europe the hero gets to wear warm clothes but the heroine has to wear skimpy clothes showing major part of her skin.

Take the case of marriage. Why is it that only the woman have to leave her house and go and live with her husband and his family. Ever seen husbands adding their wives names behind theirs. Take the case of arranged marriages the groom is always elder to the bride. Why cant it be he other way around.

Have you ever come across news saying lady rapes and kills man.

Are there any female formula one players.

I can go on with the list but all this will never change. Though there are women entrepreneurs, CEOs,Musicians,Sports person, it the women who has to leave her house after marriage,be home maker,makes breakfast,deliver babies. Me writing the blog is not going to change this scenario right??? You might just read it and say "hmm just another frustrated woman"or some might say "women can never be satisfied".....

So u r an IIM Grad,that dont impress me much......

Every year the amount of candidates registering for CAT is increasing by leaps and bounds. One out of a lakh gets into the "supposedly best premier B school" of India. If you've got a call letter from A (ahmedabad,which is the best of 6) then it is as good as winning the world cup or winning the oscars, well getting into it is secondary. Why is it such a big deal to get an MBA oops sorry PGDBA from IIM. Every man or women passing out of the institute is assured of placement which offers aatractive pay packages. ok agreed. Every year consultancies,investment banks,FMCGs, IT biggies take IIMs for the post of VPs,AVPs etc etc..
Place them in their offices abroad,give them a car,an apartment fully furnished. Good for them. So ultimately its the MONEY that attracts them to these institutes. For which they take year off breaking their heads on the math,logical and verbal reasoning to crack the CAT. Then spend sleepless nights practising for GD and PI. Finally get there. Again sleepless nights on assignments,tests,presentations,seminars. Then the campus placement season starts again sleepless nights preparing for the interview with HR.
Alright so finally they get into a huge organisation in a high position. Agreed that they make big money but do they really have the time to enjoy what they make. The story is repeated all over again sleepless nights,deadlines,stress,pressure.
When you ask them they say when they pay you a fat sum of money they expect you to put in that much. Ok so its all about money. When you can earn the same without doing an MBA from IIM then its fair enough right. I mean if a Harvard drop out can start a huge organisation and employ a 100 IIM then he definitely has an extra something which may be IIM doesn teach or maybe the harvard did not realise. Ratan Tata did not go to IIM but his huge conglomerate has gone to places. Anil and Mukesh Ambani must have gone to Whorton but their father Mr.Dhirubhai Ambani who started RIL did not go to any B school.
I wish to sign off by saying that when you have the STUFF, the drive to take risk, the burning desire, the killer instinct then you definitely need not have an MBA from IIM and still make BIG MONEY.

Its all about money honey!!!!!

Abba sang in their all time famous song " money money money very funny in a rich man's world".... Well how many of us have actually thought and related ourselves and our lives to this song. Every morning as we all wake up to start our hectic day,running behind a crowded bus,sometimes missing it,then paying through our nose to auto rickshawalas. you reach the office a wee bit late to learn that your boss who always comes late to office has reached on time that day and the moment you step in he looks at the watch like thats the first time he notices that there is something in his wrist that shows the time. Then he gives you the GYAAN as to how such habits will give a black mark in your career...Blah..blah...ok now my point is why are we going through all this. The answer is you need to survive in this world for which you need something called MONEY. It is'nt survival of the fittest anymore its the survival of the richest.

The other day i was going through these matrimonial websites where just for kicks i opened a few grooms profile to know what they are looking for. To my surprise (well actually not really) most of it reads "wanted fair,slim,beautiful girl preferably working. MBA, CA, S/W professionals preferred (heard IT pays big bucks...hmmm now the ad makes sense). so weddings are not just decided on compatibility of groom and brides but the money factor matters too.

Most of the time the papers carry news about the stock market scams. I ve heard that if you invest wisely in stocks you make loads of money but man it doesn't say invest honestly. So there are these investors who swindle money using stock markets as a means. The crime rates have been increasing everyday, murder,underworld activities,drug trafficking,match fixing,prostitution... all of them centered around one ultimate motive "make money..big money"

If only money grows on trees we don't have to take the crowded bus,listen to the bull your boss gives, get an MBA to be a qualified bride,be a victim to the stock market scams. Welcome to the real world where money rules. Man made money and machines and ultimately became slaves to it.

Why do we have to go through all this. For the sake of money is it? and when we die we leave everything behind. You know what i think when a man dies the money he has earned should also be buried along with him so that he may be respected up there at the hell as well.
